All forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Subsidized care is available at El Rincon and La Ballona.

Subsidized families: complete Kinderwait application on-line.

Full Fee families: complete Interest List Application below.

Completion of this application DOES NOT GUARANTEE child care with the Office of Child Development.

We will contact you via email if a space becomes available.

Please indicate the name of you home school, applications will be sorted based on the enrollment list from each elementary school.
